• PAYMENT

    All projects under $200 require full payment up front. All projects over $200 require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. NO EXCEPTIONS. The remaining balance  is to be paid at the end of the project/upon approval and and before the project is released and/or sent to print.

    PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED: Paypal, Cash, Credit Card or Check (project will not be started or released until check is received and clears). Paypal/Credit Card amounts over $500 will incur an additional processing fee of 3% added to the total. 

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Digital/Web Media
    Clients can cancel digital/web projects at their discretion, in writing. In the event of a cancellation, time spent on the project will be prorated, billed and due immediately at time of project termination. All Deposits are non-refundable.

    Print Media
    Print projects cannot be canceled once printing has started. All Deposits are non-refundable.

  • TURNAROUND

    Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days for staple designs . All other turn times are based on the scope of the project and will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project.

  • REVISIONS

    We allow TWO (2) rounds of small revisions without incurring additional design fees of $75 per hour (with one hour minimum) for revisions. Revision request made AFTER FINAL APPROVAL are charged the hourly rate.

  • MATERIALS

    1. All materials (text, images, logos, information, media, etc.) are needed BEFORE your project can begin
    2. Electronic files may be delivered in the following format: Email, Word Doc, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF.
      *Note: To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor print quality. UPSCALE MEDIA GROUP will not be held responsible, and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images.
    3. All text supplied must be typed. (DOC, TXT, or Email). There will be a $75 fee for text that must be typed by UPSCALE.
  • EXPEDITE/RUSH ORDERS

    An Expedite Fee of an additional 50% of the total cost of project will be charged to clients that request a turn around time of 48 hours or less.

  • PRINTING

    We work with third-party printers that we trust and are affiliated with. In the rare case that there is a printing issue, we will work with the printers to get it resolved, but any costs incurred will not be at the expense of UPSCALE. Once an order is placed (sent to print) it cannot be canceled, and we can NOT issue a refund. Neither can any additional revisions or changes be made.

  • PROOFING

    Prior to print all clients have the opportunity to review/proofread each job to ensure accuracy. Once the job receives final approval for print NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE. We are not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after your last approval.

  • DELIVERIES

    Local Deliveries
    Once project is complete and printed, UPSCALE will deliver within a 30 mile radius or the client must schedule a time to pick up. Deliveries farther than 30 miles will incur a mileage fee.

    Shipping Fees
    The client is responsible for any shipping fees.
